Taipei, Taiwan, April 22, 2015 — At Intel® Solutions Summit 2015 (ISS), QNAP® Systems, Inc. will demonstrate its groundbreaking Intel-based cloud storage solutions, including the first ever Thunderbolt NAS, an innovative tool-less, vertical NAS TS-453mini, a 4K-ready HDMI surveillance solution, and more.

At the event, QNAP will showcase its latest Thunderbolt NAS solution equipped with Thunderbolt 2 that delivers lightning speeds up to 20Gbps/s throughput. With the high transfer speed of DAS and the convenient accessibility of NAS, QNAP Thunderbolt NAS is a very flexible and efficient storage solution for creative media professionals looking to streamline large 4K UHD video and design workflows.

QNAP will also present the new tool-less, vertical NAS TS-453mini —elegantly designed for smaller offices and home environments. It features a stylish piano black finish, a whisper quiet heat exhaust, easy tool-less hard drive installation, simple accessible RAM upgradability, and is packed full of cutting-edge features and apps for file storage, backup, sharing and entertainment needs.

In addition to being a complete storage solution, QNAP NAS also provide a comprehensive NVR surveillance solution with the Surveillance Station that can be activated via the QTS App Center. It supports real-time monitoring, video and audio recording and playback and is compatible with over 2,700 IP camera models. With the exclusive QvPC Technology, users can simply plug in an HDMI monitor, mouse and keyboard, and turn the QNAP NAS into a PC to directly monitor HD surveillance live feeds on the local display.
