The Annenberg Foundation, one of the world’s most respected philanthropic organizations, has opted to store its most important terabytes (TB) of data with a StorTrends® iSCSI SAN solution from American Megatrends, Inc. (AMI).

The Annenberg Foundation’s IT staff currently manages an almost entirely virtual data center, supporting over 200 TB of data.  IT stakeholders at the Los Angeles-based foundation segmented their data stores according to importance, identifying approximately 4 TB of data as absolutely critical.  This data, residing in a virtual server environment supported by VMware®, is backed by the StorTrends single-controller SAN.
