Although we are mostly used seeing Apple go up against every manufacturer in the world accusing them for patent infringement it seems that other manufacturers are also doing that lately. So Asetek the leading manufacturer of liquid cooling solutions which are re-branded by several companies (Antec for example) just filed a patent-infringement lawsuit versus CoolerMaster accusing them of using multiple patents held by them in their latest Seidon line of closed-loop liquid CPU coolers (patent numbers 8.240.362 and 8.245.764).
