The biggest moments in college football demand a championship level viewing experience to match. Just in time for this year’s national championship, Samsung Electronics America announced the launch of the first ever Samsung TV Transfer Portal.

The TV Transfer Portal is designed to enhance the viewing experience for fans across the country and match their level of fandom with the most advanced, action-ready tech.

On January 19, 2026, the TV Transfer Portal will open for a limited time only¹ (4-9pm ET) to offer fans at watch parties without a Samsung TV the chance to “transfer” to a better game-day viewing experience. If you’re among the first 900 people to direct message Samsung (@SamsungUS) on Instagram or X with a photo of your current non-Samsung TV setup, Samsung will then send eligible fans $50 via Venmo² for a rideshare to “transfer” to a watch party that has a Samsung TV.

Championship-worthy moments deserve a championship-worthy TV, and that’s Samsung.”
