Asetek®, the world’s leading supplier of computer liquid cooling  solutions, announced today that its RackCDU™ technology has been named a  finalist in the “Future Thinking & Design Concepts” category of the  2013 DatacenterDynamics North American Awards.   RackCDU is one of only four finalists, chosen among 25 entries, in its   category for the inaugural North American Awards. Built up over the last  six years, the DatacenterDynamics Awards have become the industry’s  most sought-after prize and are often referred to as the “Oscars” of the  data center field.

RackCDU is Asetek’s innovative hot water, direct-to-chip, data center liquid cooling technology which removes up to 80% of the heat from servers with an all liquid path and rejects it into ambient outdoor air without chilling.
