As NAS has become quite popular these days, ORICO has put a focus on NAS products and has previously launched its dual bay 9528 series NAS enclosures, now it plans to go a little bit further-----wireless storage.

The new WDX-8625 supports 2.5in hard drives up to 500GB. It is IEEE802.11b/g/n compliant, with transfer rates up to 300Mbps, ideal for sharing various contents with computers, smart phones and tablets.

ORICO WDX-8625 supports FTP, SAMBA, iTunes server protocols. It has AP, client scanning and USB modes. In AP mode, it works as a wireless hard drive; in client scanning mode, it works as a 802.11N adaptor; in USB mode, it works as an external hard drive.
