Systems Contractor  News readers named the NEC SB-07BC the Most Innovative Digital Signage product at  InfoComm15.  The SB07-BC OPS expansion board delivers full HDBaseT receiver support directly from the  option slot of a compatible NEC display.  Fully certified by the HDBaseT  Alliance and when coupled with a certified HDBaseT transmitter, the SB07BC  helps simplify installations by accepting video, audio and control over a  simple category 6 cable.

Meanwhile, rAVe named the X981UHD display a Readers’ Choice Favorite New Product.  The X981UHD display delivers four times the resolution of full HD and, coupled with   its 60 Hz refresh rate through a DisplayPort connection, gives viewers an  immersive experience and clarity they have not seen before.

Newbay Media’s Sound & Video Contractor delivered a Best of Show InfoComm15  Award to the NEC PH1202HL projector, which delivers 1080p native resolution.  The 3-chip DLP laser projector emits 12,000 lumens of brightness and maintains  a 10,000:1 contrast ratio.

Lastly, the Global Presence Alliance offered its  2015 GPA Partner Award to NEC Display in recognition of excellence in product  innovation, sales and marketing programs, and customer service for global  customers and partners.

“It’s a great honor to see a  cross-section of our product portfolio receiving InfoComm15 industry awards,” said  Keith Yanke, Senior Director of Product Marketing for Large-Screen Displays and  Projectors at NEC Display Solutions. “The Global Presence Alliance award also  speaks to NEC’s commitment to the industry at large and our valued customers.”

With record attendance  of more than 38,000 people, InfoComm15 was the showcase for the latest digital signage and other commercial A/V  solutions.  NEC Display exhibited its  full line of solutions for a myriad of applications, featuring displays,  digital signage and video walls, including UHD displays; multimedia projectors,  including laser projectors; software; and other technologies during the show.
