(July 30, Changsha Evening News) Wu Jia, General Manager of RunCore, was rated one of the 10 Intellectual Property Creation Leaders in Intellectual Property "300" Project, 2012.

Organized by the Intellectual Property Office and the Bureau of Intellectual Property in Changsha, the review of "300" project (100 intellectual property outstanding companies, 100 intellectual property transformation projects, 100 intellectual property creating leader) lasted from the end of June to mid-July, and the final assessment come out with 10 intellectual property companies, 10 outstanding intellectual property transformation projects as well as 10 intellectual property creation leaders.

It was reported that intellectual property created leader must be qualified with one of the following features:

1) the people who have got above 10 pieces authorized patent or above 5 pieces authorized invention patent of invention people; or above 10 pieces design copyright on computer software copyright;

2) Intellectual property has been transformed and implemented in local area, with sales amount of products above 300 million RMB;

3) Intellectual property transfer or permit to implement abroad, Cumulative gains more than 50 million RMB;

4) No disputes over intellectual property rights of patent invention or design of software, games, anime.
