[Taipei, Taiwan]The MSI MOA 2012 Worldwide Grand Final, with the participation of 15 teams of world-class players who had flown in from 13 countries around the globe, came to a successful conclusion at NTU Sports Center on September 28. The intense competition, which lasted an entire day, involved overclocking with liquid nitrogen and was closely watched by international media as well as global overclocking enthusiasts. In the end, the skills of Team_MPBK shone through, and they became the champion of the MOA 2012, walking away with the trophy, US3,000 in prize money and competition-level equipment worth nearly US$3000!

2012 champion Team_MPBK comes from Korea, consisting of overclockers OC_Windforce and Littleboy, who are both experienced overclockers and have won many awards. The team was also hailed as one of the most popular teams expected to win this year's contest in the online Champion Predictions. Winning the championship is perfect proof that their name and fame is well deserved. In addition to Team_MPBK, second place along and prize money of US$2,500 went to Team_USA (Splave & Romdominance), while third place and prize money of US$2,000 was taken by ASD Crew (ryba & Joanna).

MOA Steel Goddess!
The theme of the much anticipated MOA 2012 was Steel World, blending a futuristic arena with modern overclocking technology, a design that has garnered widespread acclaim and praise from participants and the audience. Global overclockers were featured as future steel warriors, battling on a world-class stage for the grand championship. The heavy mental design of the arena was plastered with posters featuring each participant, with smoke effects and steel safety equipment. This set the stage for intense and exciting competition between overclockers! The afternoon session kicked off with a 250cm-tall LED Steel Robot, followed by an official opening ceremony by pop singer and Steel Goddess Puff Guo and MSI Corp. Executive Vice President & DPS General Manager Charles Jiang, who then led a series of entertaining games for the top 5 Steel Lovers, selected by an online poll, to show support for the overclocking warriors.

National University Cup Computer Assembly Competition, Challenging the Computer Knowledge of Participants
In addition to the intense competition from overclockers, this year MSI partnered with Computer DIY to hold an MSI Computer Assembly Competition, with participation from 29 teams of college students. The final 8 teams that survived the knowledge test could enter the final round. The championship was won by Team from Tungnan University, followed by Team from Huafan University, both of them could take home the presents, which were worth NT$41,000. Team from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology took the third place. The top three teams could not only take home the machines they assembled, which was worth NT$30,000, but also miscellaneous prizes offered by the sponsors!
