sanyipace 9300d review b

When I first thought about doing a quick showcase of the 9300D pipe inspection system I was unsure as to the how many of you reading these lines would find it useful. Yes, it did help me locate and clean the clogged pipe I had in the lab but it’s not exactly something I’d expect many people to spend money on. Still, since I did show it to a few friends (one of them also happens to be a plumber) and most of them seemed interested I was like, why not? Also as mentioned earlier this is not a product that one can use just to inspect pipes, you can use it in a plethora of scenarios where you need to have eyes on something (near or far – up to 50m far depending on the product version) which can only be reached by a relatively small object like this camera. Of course, the IP68 certified camera that comes with the 9300D is not tiny enough (21mm in diameter) to be used with car engines and very tight places in general (even a couple of pipes I tried it with were too small for the camera to fit) which is why SANYIPACE is now working on an even smaller camera which from what I gather will be compatible with all their systems (just swap cameras when needed). The 9-inch LCD display may not produce the best image quality but it’s a good match with the camera which overall does well even in very dark places thanks to the adjustable brightness of the 6 surrounding LEDs. Battery life is very close to what SANYIPACE reports so even though I wasn’t able to hit 10 hours I did surpass 7 (only used it for less than 1 but did 5 battery cycles to see how much it lasts) which is more than plenty for any work one may want the 9300D for. The sole drawback I think this system has is the fiberglass transmission cable which although flexible it still has some limitations (for example you can’t bend it 90 degrees). Again, I am not a plumber so this could be standard for such devices (they probably favour durability over flexibility for industrial applications) but it would be very convenient if the transmission cable could bend even further.

At a price tag of USD379.99 (SANYIPACE) the 9300D professional pipe inspection camera from SANYIPACE is certain an investment I don’t expect many non-professionals to make. Still, if you’re like me and you like doing everything on your own (or if you’re a professional looking for something like this) this could be extremely useful to you. Once again, I’m not a professional plumber which is why i can’t possibly rank this particular device, still it did help me resolve the issue i had quickly so if you like what you see and you think that it could also be helpful to you then give it a shot, it might just surprise you.
