CONCLUSION

A portable air compressor/pump is something we all need at times and so it's strange that most of us don't own one. Yes, some cars do come with small air compressors in case of a flat tire (like the ones I included in the charts) but those require to be connected to the 12V car cigar port and so they can't be used for everything. The Air Pump Master by HOTO on the other hand with its three 2500mAh lithium-ion batteries doesn't have such limitations and so you can use it regardless of where you're at. Now that being said for heavy workloads HOTO does recommend using the 12V power cable (for very large inflatables) but for tires, small inflatables, and sports balls the Air Pump Master delivers more than enough air pressure. Battery life is surprisingly good as well and according to HOTO is enough to inflate sixteen 205/55/R16 tires from 29 PSI to 36 PSI on a single charge (since something similar but with 8 tires and battery life dropped to almost half this is probably accurate). The three 2500mAh lithium-ion batteries shouldn't be too hard to replace when they reach end of life but for people who may not want to do that, well you can still use the Air Pump Master via the 12V cigar car port. The clickable digital display is also a nice touch, as is the control knob around it since they do simplify things for the end user.
Right now, the Air Pump Master retails for just USD79.29 inside the USA (Amazon.com - $50 coupon available) and for 187.55Euros inside the EU (Amazon.de) so things are looking great on the other side of the Atlantic. At the end of the day the HOTO Air Pump Master is a compact air compressor that can be used to inflate most things from car and bike tires and mattresses to sports balls, SUPs (stand up paddleboards) and small tents both wired, and battery operated and that’s plenty for our Golden Award.
