CONCLUSION
When we finished testing the Ouranos RC-1401 model we were all quite impressed with what REEVEN managed to throw into the market not only because of its very good performance levels for a single heatsink model but also because of the high build quality. Of course since the Ouranos is a single heatsink model naturally we expected more from the Okeanos and although it's indeed better it's not really by much. Because of that the Ouranos may actually be a better choice for people since it's not as large (40mm thinner and 2mm shorter), can close the performance gap even more (or entirely) by adding a 2nd fan in push & pull and features zero-clearance issues with mainboards and components. However if you care not about size and you may also add a 3rd fan onto the Okeanos then this is the one for you. With that out of the way the one thing we didn't like much with the Okeanos was the fan mounting clips since they are not the easiest ones to use always compared to others we've seen in the past.
REEVEN has a long way to go when it comes to product availability and the reason i say this is because the Okeanos RC-1402 is currently unavailable inside the USA and available in just a handful online stores inside the EU (similar situation as with the Ouranos) for a price tag set at around 60Euros. This is something REEVEN needs to improve rather fast especially since the price tag of the Okeanos is quite good for a dual heatsink model. That being said the Okeanos RC-1402 may not have delivered exactly what we were hoping to see (always compared to the Ouranos) but it's still a dual heatsink CPU cooler that offers very good cooling efficiency without asking for much in return and for that it gets our Golden Award.
