According to the OEM tags on the PCB this unit seems to be made by High Power Electronic.
Primary capacitors are manufactured by the Japanese nichicon and are rated for use up to 105 degrees Celsius.
Secondary capacitors are manufactured by both Nippon Chemi-Con and Rubycon and are also rated for use up to 105 degrees Celsius.
