SECURITY APP

Once you install the eufy security app and choose the HomeBase 2 station it will search and inform you of available firmware updates.

After that you just need to sync the HomeBase 2 station with your Video Doorbell Dual 2K.

Next step will be to select your preferred view which is having each camera take a portion of the screen (split-view) or by using picture in picture (PIP).

From the main tab you can switch between available eufy devices and access the top left menu which includes options like cloud storage (extra), experimental features and the device compatibility with Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant and Apple Homekit.

You can access the various modes and automations for the doorbell (and all your connected eufy devices) from the security tab located on lower right corner.

From the settings tab you can enable/disable night vision, audio recording and HDR, adjust video quality, choose video encoding, set volume levels, adjust motion sensitivity, choose the preferred chime, select a power plan and enable/disable facial recognition.

You can also access the HomeBase 2 from within the app to check available storage, format the storage, adjust volume levels, enable/disable notifications and check for firmware updates.
