CONCLUSION

Four things matter to most people when out to get a new RAM kit, performance, capacity, looks and finally, cost. The Lancer Neon RGB 32GB 8000MT/s kit by ADATA may not have the greatest capacity (especially since more 48/64GB kits make their appearance in the market) but as it’s clear from today’s charts it does deliver in performance and as for looks, well, not many kits out there can compare to it. Overclocking headroom is also good and although 200MHz over their advertised speed (and at just 1.46V in my case) may not seem much to some, let’s just keep in mind that most 8000MT/s UDIMM kits can’t get there, not at stock timings.
So, how much does the Lancer Neon 32GB 8000MT/s kit by XPG/ADATA cost? Well, currently you can find it for USD272.95 inside the USA (Amazon.com) and for around 450Euros inside the EU, meaning once again the other side gets the lead when it comes to pricing (this of course is due to current shortages in the global market, so I don’t expect that price to last). Cost aside the Lancer Neon RGB 32GB 8000MT/s Dual-Channel Kit is among the best I’ve received in the lab to date, not only when it comes to raw performance but also looks so the Golden Award is in order.
