THE FC8 EVO EXTERIOR

Thanks to a sleek minimalistic design the FC8 EVO measures just 240mm in length, 250mm in depth and 100mm in height while weighing just 3.2kg.

One of the things that separate the FC8 EVO from most similar cases is the optical drive slot with the long eject button (universal) placed at the front.

The power on/off button is also made out of aluminum while the power LED is placed right above it.

At the front we also see two USB 3.0 ports and a window for the optional IR-Receiver module.

There are 27 thick aluminum fins/pieces placed on the right side which are part of the passive cooling system.

Three ventilation grills are placed at the top of the chassis.

What will certainly surprise at first is the lack of a PSU area at the rear of the chassis while the available low-profile expansion slot is a good addition.

At the base of the chassis we see 4 removable feet along with several exhaust holes.
