ASSEMBLY

As with all my past chair reviews i started by mounting the 60mm caster wheels onto the 5-star aluminum base (according to Sihoo this base has also passed a 1136kg static pressure test – just like that of the V1) followed by the class-3 gaslift.

Even though I do prefer 70mm caster wheels the 60mm ones seen here are also nice.

Next, I attached the 3D armrests onto the seat as seen above.

Turning the seat over we see that the height mechanism requires four screws for mounting.

Each of the two 3D armrests requires 3 screws.

Here you can see the height adjustment mechanism mounted.

Attaching the backrest to the seat requires using 3 Allen screws (there's a bit of leeway here so you might want to try various positions first).

The armrests can extend up to 7cm upwards, can move forward and backwards again 7cm and can rotate as seen above.

Thanks to the special design of the adaptive waist/lumbar support piece it’s actually even more comfortable out of the box than that used with the V1.

As mentioned earlier the backrest is hight adjustable up to 6cm.
