CONCLUSION

    As always, I am a bit skeptical when testing products by manufacturers, I’ve heard of only recently but the E2400LFP by PECRON ended up being a good surprise to me. Not only does it pack the largest capacity of LiFePO4 batteries from all the portable power stations to arrive in the lab, it’s also less audible and in many cases smaller. Another great thing about the E2400LFP is that you can get a full recharge from a wall socket in just around 80 minutes (you can even adjust that from their smart app) and that's not something we see a lot from similarly priced portable power stations (although it's a feature that's picking up lately). Being able to connect it both to solar panels and extra batteries is also a good feature which I expect many people will use. Yes, the 2 AC wall sockets do seem a bit strange for such a high wattage and battery capacity portable power station (especially since the USA model has 3, as seen in the picture above) and it would be nice if this model also had a wireless charger on top like some others do but once again, I guess we just can’t have it all. Also worth pointing out is that from the next portable power station review I also plan on checking if portable power stations can be used on a slight overload since all report double their wattage output as peak number (this might be of interest to some people).

    Currently the E2400LFP portable power station by PECRON retails for USD629 inside the USA (PECRON USA) and for 719Euros inside the EU (PECRON EU) so it’s priced well. Overall, I have no complaints about the E2400LFP by PECRON, it features a very high wattage output (2400W), equally high LiFePO4 battery capacity (2048Wh), packs a grand total of 11 output ports and can be used both with extra batteries (total capacity up to 8192Wh) and solar panels so the Golden Award is in order.
