DISKSTATION MANAGER

The DSM used by the DVA1622 is almost identical to that of every NAS sold by Synology so the main screen also contains a system monitor on the lower end (you can add/remove it from the top right corner).

Of course, from the upper right corner you can logout and edit your user details.

From within the package center you can see which packages are already installed in the DVA1622 and install more if you need them (103 packages are available at this time).

Needless to say, everything related to user accounts, web access, file sharing, network, security and system settings is placed inside the control panel.

The file station is the only app available from the get go and as with NAS models it's very easy to use.
